Coaching Skill Sets: Practicing the 4C’s

This learning explores the Triad Protocol, a support for getting feedback from colleagues as you practice the 4C's of Coaching. The 4C's are critical to how we will behave and work with our schools in order to achieve our strategic plan goals. We want to ensure our staff can skillfully and confidently navigate a continuum of interaction to increase capacity and decrease dependency; thereby empowering and not enabling.
