Sarah Nelson is an innovative leader, student advocate, and strategic systems thinker with 20 years of experience in K-12 education and technology. As the Director of IT and Special Programs, Sarah leverages the power of technology as a tool to engage students, teach beyond the school walls, create authentic learning experiences, and provide equitable access. In addition to being a technology leader, Sarah has a heart for serving marginalized student populations, which comes through in her work with English language learners and students receiving educational opportunities in the youth shelter setting.
