Gina Weekley, CDP®, CNP
Gina Weekley is a Certified Diversity Professional with over 15 years of experience increasing the capacity of organizations and programs to develop and deliver high-quality learning opportunities. Gina has extensive experience collaborating with organizational leadership and direct service staff around designing and evaluating mission-driven programming that incorporates community voice. She has served as the keynote speaker at various community events and served on many other panels and in college classrooms. Gina has vast experience in nonprofit administration and program management and has served on several community boards and committees, and provided ongoing support for a number of nonprofits throughout Iowa. She has facilitated various professional workshops, and coached educators, youth workers, college volunteers/interns, and community members to create and implement researched-based intentional programs for young people and their families.
