Kelly Gallagher has over 20 years of educational experience. In addition to various K-5 teaching experiences, Kelly has served as a PBIS coach, a District Math Lead and a Summer Programming Coordinator. She currently serves as a School Improvement Consultant where she leads facilitation efforts in Action Planning, Mathematics, Student-Centered Coaching, Growth Mindset, Portrait of a Graduate and MTSS for well-being. Kelly’s mission is to enter every environment as a learner and positive leader. She believes in embracing challenges in a knowledgeable way that is considerate, open-minded, and outcome-focused.
