You may have heard the famous John C. Maxwell quote, “Change is inevitable. Growth is optional,” While change may be inevitable, this learning attempts to support leaders in making change manageable. This learning will guide you through change frameworks, asking you to pause and consider your next steps for supporting innovation and some of the discomforts that can accompany change.
