Awareness of Internal Energy (CRAEA Staff Only)

Through this foundational micro-credential, earners build their understanding of the Core Energy framework for leadership. After the introduction to the Core Energy Levels and characteristics, earners have the language to recognize and become more conscious of how they show up in stressful and non-stressful situations. Earners will reflect on their thoughts, emotions, and actions related to their interactions, how that is or is not serving them, and whether / how they want to make changes.
