Coaching Skill Sets: Building Rapport

This learning highlights the importance of building rapport as part of CRAEA 4C's of Coaching. The 4C's as defined by CRAEA (Calibrating, Consulting, Collaborating & Coaching) are critical to how we will behave and work with our schools in order to achieve our strategic plan goals. We want to ensure our staff can skillfully and confidently navigate a continuum of interaction to increase capacity and decrease dependency; thereby empowering and not enabling.
