Earners will use a reflective process to help them determine where they focus their time and energy relative to the progressions within the standards.  The earner will Identify their strengths and continue to create goals and measures that contribute to optimal outcomes for student academic growth and well being.  This micro-credential can be stacked with the Iowa Standards for School Leaders (ISSL) Leadership Coaching micro-credential to obtain Evaluator Approval credit. **The micro-credential can be taken for 1 License Renewal Credit.
